House Manager

If you like to manage and organise, then help us run ANZA House. Make sure maintenance work is completed, help the ANZA House staff, liaise with the house function coordinators and help with the Front Desk Roster. It's just like managing a household!

Monthly House Functions Team

Do you like organising parties? Why not join the monthly House Function team to arrange a fun get together each month at ANZA House. Functions can range from casual BBQs to themed costume parties, quiz nights and fortunes nights. You don't need any cooking skills as the experienced house staff do most of the catering. All you need are lots of ideas, a dash of creativity and an appetite for fun.


The Secretary role is a great way to fine tune your administration and organisational skills. In this role, you will help answer ANZA emails, file, send out letters, advertise various events, maintain stationery supplies, update mailing lists and help ANZA House run smoothly.

Sponsorship Coordinators

Our sponsorship team manages all of our sponsorship arrangements, liaises with our major sponsors, and continues to seek new sponsors for ANZA and for our events. We always need people to help organise prizes for our various functions and activities each month, so come and join the team.

Melbourne Cup Luncheon

This is the one day in November that Australia stops for a horse race. ANZA loves to celebrate this day with lots of champagne, good food, great friends and “the race”. It is a fun event to organise, so bring your ideas and friends and be part of the team.


Once a year ANZA organises a wonderful evening event “The ANZA Ball”. It's one of our major fundraisers and is a fantastic night to dress up with your partner, eat, drink and dance the night away. Lots of people are needed to organise the event and to help on the evening.

ANZA Berita Magazine  - Positions Vacant

This year our quarterly magazine, ANZA Berita has undergone a major transformation and it is looking better than ever. Berita is our quarterly magazine and there are many ways to help. If you have a story to tell, have been on a great holiday, have had an interesting expat experience, we are always looking for more articles to publish. If you have experience in layout and design, we welcome help and new ideas.

If you have a talent for storytelling, great organisational skills and an eye for detail, then come and join our ANZA Berita team?

Front Desk Volunteers

ANZA always need volunteers to help work the Front Desk from 9am to 12pm Monday to Friday. It's a great opportunity to meet new people, and volunteers work on a roster system, so you can choose how often you work. This is a vital role at ANZA House, and no Bahasa Indonesia is needed.

ANZA Bazaars

We hold a bazaars twice yearly in May and November, and they are a major fundraising event. This is a fun job to do in a group, and you would help organise and set up the venue, take registration of vendors and help get prizes for the raffle, and supervise the bazaar on the day.


ANZA has about 300 members. Our membership team updates the membership list and maintains files, organises regular New Members Morning Teas, and looks after new members bags. We also organise ANZA Link Ladies, who welcome new members to ANZA and Jakarta.

ANZA Adventures

We are team of fun ladies who organise outings to various places in and around Jakarta, such as shopping trips to Mangga Dua, and trekking around Bogor. We need as many ladies as possible to share in organising various outings, so come and join us.


Every Wednesday morning, ANZA holds a playgroup for parents and young children starting at 9.30am. This is a very popular morning and we always need more people to help.
